Death of a Superhero (2011)

Brilliant movie about a boy and great comic artist. Short time ago, doctors dedected brain cancer which seems to be irreparable. The picture describes the different phases a teenager passes by in the time of recognition till acceptance. The boy hides his pain and anger and create his own small world of comic superheros where he plays the main act. His friend, a psychologist with interesting healing methods and especially a girl he met in class helps him to work with his illness and to experience at least love, friendship his sexuality. A fight of a superhero which has been deadly effected by his main opponent, an exciting story from beginning to the end, just the soundtrack could be better. ;) Tragic ending which does not make feel bad.
